Here at Freedom City Church, we believe in real love for people and extravagant generosity and that is why the Care form was created. The Care form is a way for the church to connect with others in need. Although we acknowledge we may not be able to fulfill every request, our goal as a church is to be able to fulfill as many as we possibly can.
